Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through financing, credit applications, and purchase/lease paperwork
  • Offer extended warranties, protection plans, and financial products to meet customer needs
  • Work closely with the sales team to create and present financing options and alternatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GM rebates, incentives, and special finance programs
  • Ensure all deal paperwork is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner

Service Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership policies
  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to test components and systems
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
  • Communicate with Service Advisors about additional services needed and provide estimates
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain required training standards

This position plays a critical role in driving the department’s performance by managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of technicians, and focusing heavily on customer satisfaction and upselling services to drive revenue.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for customer service, strong sales instincts, and the ability to create a fast-paced, efficient, and profitable service lane environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development Center (BDC):

  • •Oversee the daily operations of the Quick Lube and Tire Express Center, ensuring workflow efficiency and optimal team performance.
  • •Supervise, train, and motivate a team of lube techs and service staff to meet productivity and sales goals.
  • •Provide top-tier customer service by addressing customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a professional service experience.
  • •Actively engage with customers in the service lane to identify additional service opportunities and upsell recommended maintenance to increase department revenue.
  • •Manage scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping for the department.
