The process was relatively simple and quick

Love the service, the price is the issue. I'm retired and on a fixed income so $84.00 is a lot of money for a oil change. Living 250 miles one way from the dealership and the cost of gas makes regular oil changes at dealership to costly. I happened to be coming through the area on my way home snd it was very convinient because of that. Again great service and everyone was very professional. Thank you for swueezing me on.

Went for an oil change and bought a new car

I always receive the absolute best service whenever I visit the service department. Everyone extends a genuine concern for my needs and assist me in every way necessary. I’ve been a customer for nearly 30 years and will continue to have Wernigs service all my vehicles.

We waited 45 minutes before service was started. Once work was started it was performed quickly and efficiently. The checkout process was another 15 minutes. This may have been the result of paying with a personal check, which I have always done. Although the service provided was first rate as always, I would be hard pressed to describe it as "Express"

I found my truck online and Bob arranged to get it to their dealership. Like I told Kevin and Bob, "This is how I buy my vehicles. I find them, I buy them, no test drive needed because that is how I roll." Kevin and Bob honored the way I bought my vehicles and it was nice to have a smooth transaction. I appreciated the down-to-earth, real person interaction with these two men during my truck purchase. I do not like sales people that are plastic, and these two, they were anything but that. I genuinely enjoyed my purchase experience and I had fun talking to both Kevin and Bob. Thanks you two! I love my new truck. Who knew that I would become a truck girl. That even surprised my husband, ha!

The service department was extremely helpful. We needed our cameras recalibrated after a windshield replacement. They got us in the next day. Dropped us at home, performed the service, then called and picked us up from home and brought us to the dealer for the return of our vehicle. Simply very precessional and extremely helpful. Awesome service.

I had a very positive experience at Jim Wernig Chevrolet. Randy was very helpful, knowledgeable and non-pressuring. Kevin was great as well. I will be a return customer.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The staff were very friendly and quick to help us. There was some confusion about the tire rotation but when that was discovered, it was quickly taken care of in a professional manner.

Tires were rotated in a timely, however, did not give an update on the wear of the tires.

I came on my lunch hour and it took more than that. They had issues as I could see the tech checking multiple times on the dipstick. They had over filled the oil, it had to be drained and refilled. The tech gave me a $10.00 discount. Please consider in the future asking the customer about leaving the vehicle and giving the customer a ride somewhere. It is freezing in that building and after an hour I was freezing.

Quick and easy

Oil change was normal, little disappointed about not getting my tires rotated. There was only 2 guys working and they said it would be a while before they could get to it. But said to come back another time and see if I could get them done. So I guess I'll be back again to see if I can get them rotated.

They never checked air filter. I had to ask them to put air in my tires. It felt very rushed and unprofessional. The oil change cost me $65. I been bringing my car to Wernig for an oil change for the last 4 or 5 years, this was the worst service I’ve had.

Stopped to get my oil changed and tires rotated. After a quick oil change I was asked to park my car and leave the keys in it so they could do the tire rotation. So, I did and went into make a service appointment to look at my brakes. I then went into the waiting area where after 15 min my car had still not been moved. As I looked into the oil station I noticed there were no cars in there to be serviced or in the tire center, but I did notice the men working were just standing around talking. I then went into the service area and the manager was there to ask if he could help me. When I told him what was going on, he quickly acted and took my car to the tire center. In just 10 quick minutes my car was done! Thank you to the service manager who acted fast to help me, but to the other young men....you need to figure it out!

We just purchased our first new 2026 Equinox while our 2018 Equinox was in getting serviced. Chris our sales rep was very patient with us and followed through on what he said he would do. He walked me through the tech part and operation of the new car. Highly recommend Wernig Chevrolet whether purchasing a new or used vehicle and or service.

Excellent service. Done sooner than we expected

Had an appointment for 11am for oil change and tire rotation. Pulled in for oil change and wad then told it would be over an hour to get in for the tire rotation. Paid went to the store and came back 45 minutes late and then was told it would be a wait of 2 more hours because they just pulled another vehicle in. Appointments are made for a reason, not to be put to the side and let others go ahead. It was bad enough we had to wait almost 2 weeks for said appointment. If you're not going to keep the appointment times accurate than dont have them. No compensation or apologies. Seems everytime we come here its the same thing, need to find somewhere else to go I suppose.

Casey is the best ! I appreciate all his help getting my new trailblazer he made it super easy for me especially with my busy schedule. I had such a great experience I sent my daughter down there and she bought one also!

Arrived for my appointment. Guy questioned me about it. Said we’re first come first serve. But took care of me right away. Couldn’t do tire rotation but told I can bring car back another day

I also have to question where the 2 screws and a broken piece of plastic came from that were left on the drivers floor mat. And, the cover on the fuse block under the hood was off. Came in for a wheel bearing noice. Was told it needed replacement. I informed service person that we had the Endurance warranty program. Was told the dealership does not like dealing with them. Ok...they said they called the program and that this particular thing was not covered. Fine..we paid it. Next day I called Endurance and was told it needed to be pre-authorized to get it done. Ok..that could work,,but was not real clear. I believe the Service person could have told us this, then we may have been able to get this pre-authorized and have it done at a lesser price through the program. Service person said you better not drive vehicle until the bearing is fixed. So we felt pressured to do it "now" instead of waiting, this no time for pre-auth. Not real happy with how it occured. Service person said they didn't like dealing with Endurance because they are slow to pay on claims. Wow...thanks.

Travis did a great job navigating the requirements of the Endurance Extended Warranty which covered 2/3 of the cost of the repairs.

The dealership found the error code that I received was no longer an issue and did not do unnecessary work.

My truck was out of service for about 3 months due to transmission issues. The Jim Wernig team worked with me to ensure I had reliable transportation when I needed it.

I was called and told that my vehicle had been fixed for $1615. When I turned the vehicle on, the check engine light was still on so I paid for repairs that may have not even been needed. The rep that helped me when I got there was very nice and is not a reflection on him. This will be my last interaction with this dealership and service department.

1 1/2hrs at the "instant" oil change. I'll go to Feeny in Grayling in the future. Only takes me 20 minutes there AND they actually move faster than a snail's pace.

The quick lube center is always busy but this time it took almost 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. Maybe they were short staffed at the time. Once the issue was diagnosed, we had to wait several weeks for a part. I was furnished a courtesy vehicle, however I could not do everything I do with my own vehicle for 7 weeks. Jim Wernig was great to work with through the experience though!

The service crew was great, but they seemed to be short staffed. This was the longest I had to wait which was approximately 40 minutes.

Had a problem with 1 of the lugs nuts not wanting to come off it was replaced! There should be a recall on the key luggage nuts and the spare tire that doesn't lower down it has to be cut!
