Very quick oil change

What can I say other than my 9am appointment to have my front grille replaced that was damaged a few weeks back when both ice and snow slid off the Roof even though I thought that I had parked far enough back to allow for the snow an ice to fall short an not hit the front of my Chevrolet Traverse it did just the same. That was the reason for my appointment yesterday to have my front Grill removed and replaced with a new one that was covered so graciously by Wernigs insurance. An everything went smoothly. I arrived at 8:55am for my 9am appointment an Travis wrote up my service Ticket at 9:05am an I went into the Customer's Lounge to sit an watch that brand new Samsung Smart TV while my Chevrolet Traverse was having its Grill removed and replaced with a Brand New Shiny one all in less than an hours time much to my Satisfaction and surprise. Hence my 5- ☆☆☆☆☆ Rating.

I pulled in the quick lube stall, informed the technician of needs for oil change, new oil filter and tire rotation! Shortly after walking into the show room waiting room, my vehicle had the service complete. Super Fast!!

After the tire rotation the techs need to check the air pressure

It was fine… I had scheduled a time but really was just next in line…. Oil change done… I left and then I get a call that there are 2 recalls so I had to make another appointment…. Should have been done when I was there… I leased from Wernig… why did this not come up when my name was punched in?

I was there for an oil change. Everybody was nice and it took very little time. Also the 8 quart oil change for $70.00 is a great deal for me.

Jake is amazing. He made everything easy and seamless. He picked out the right car and made it happen.

As usual service team was great. This was a 2 month long process with an impossible insurance company. In the end I had to pay the entire amount but everyone at the dealership was patient through the process and I received a new transmission with a 100,000 warranty. Always a great experience with the service staff at Wernig. All my repairs are done through Wernig Chevrolet.

Truck in for LOF and the tech who checked tire air pressure did not return valve stem covers on all 4 tires.

Picked up car after being g quoted $1500 for shocks struts etc and paying over $2100. Took care downstate and it was so squirrely on the highway that we almost got seasick. Dropped it back off yesterday. Not Happy!

Called about my issue and was told the service manager needed to look at my truand he should be there. I went to the dealership and then was told I needed an appointment for the service manager to look at my truck. The appointment was for two weeks later. At the appointment I was told my truck wasn't covered for this repair. Why wasn't this communicated the first time I called? I wasted a lot of time and don't feel like I was treated like a valued GM customer. I have owned GM vehicles for over 30 years and never have gotten such a run around about covering this repair.

They had exactly what we needed in stock. The deal was very easy and well explained. The delivery was flawless and left us with no questions. I would definitely recommend this dealer and especially Casey hogan our salesman.

Your service team is kind and helpful. I didn't have my car repaired but it was because my car isn't worth another two thousand plus in addition to the ,ten thousand I just put into it in Lansing. I am looking for a new hybrid car. I enjoyed the electric car you loaned me but it wouldn't work for all the traveling I do. I will continue to service my next car at your dealership if possible.

I had a very tight time window that I had to get a new truck due having to travel for work. Casey was able to get everything scheduled so it was a really smooth process. Truck was prepped when I got there in the morning. Finance was ready soon as I walked in the door. 30 minutes in and out. Just like Casey promised.

The service department was extremely helpful. We needed our cameras recalibrated after a windshield replacement. They got us in the next day. Dropped us at home, performed the service, then called and picked us up from home and brought us to the dealer for the return of our vehicle. Simply very precessional and extremely helpful. Love the service, the price is the issue. I'm retired and on a fixed income so $84.00 is a lot of money for a oil change. Living 250 miles one way from the dealership and the cost of gas makes regular oil changes at dealership to costly. I happened to be coming through the area on my way home snd it was very convinient because of that. Again great service and everyone was very professional. Thank you for swueezing me on.

I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation but would only honor one or the other. The work was already done so I had to make a choice. Next time I’ll be more aware!

We waited 45 minutes before service was started. Once work was started it was performed quickly and efficiently. The checkout process was another 15 minutes. This may have been the result of paying with a personal check, which I have always done. Although the service provided was first rate as always, I would be hard pressed to describe it as "Express"

I came on my lunch hour and it took more than that. They had issues as I could see the tech checking multiple times on the dipstick. They had over filled the oil, it had to be drained and refilled. The tech gave me a $10.00 discount. Please consider in the future asking the customer about leaving the vehicle and giving the customer a ride somewhere. It is freezing in that building and after an hour I was freezing.

I found my truck online and Bob arranged to get it to their dealership. Like I told Kevin and Bob, "This is how I buy my vehicles. I find them, I buy them, no test drive needed because that is how I roll." Kevin and Bob honored the way I bought my vehicles and it was nice to have a smooth transaction. I appreciated the down-to-earth, real person interaction with these two men during my truck purchase. I do not like sales people that are plastic, and these two, they were anything but that. I genuinely enjoyed my purchase experience and I had fun talking to both Kevin and Bob. Thanks you two! I love my new truck. Who knew that I would become a truck girl. Outstanding!!

They never checked air filter. I had to ask them to put air in my tires. It felt very rushed and unprofessional. The oil change cost me $65. I been bringing my car to Wernig for an oil change for the last 4 or 5 years, this was the worst service I’ve had.

Oil change was normal, little disappointed about not getting my tires rotated. There was only 2 guys working and they said it would be a while before they could get to it. But said to come back another time and see if I could get them done. So I guess I'll be back again to see if I can get them rotated.
